How RentPar Works for Product Owners

  1. Register or Sign Up
    Create your account on RentPar to start renting out your products or properties.

  2. List Your Item

    • Take high-quality pictures of the product or property you want to rent out.
    • Click on "List Your Item" and select the appropriate category and sub-category from the dropdown menu.
  3. Add Details

    • Provide a detailed description of your product or property, including its features and benefits.
    • Specify any dimensions or additional details that potential renters might need to know.
  4. Set Pricing

    • Use the Rent Calculator to get a suggested rental amount and security deposit based on the product category, purchase price, and year of purchase.
    • You can adjust these values and enter your own rental price, security amount, and product availability date.
  5. Agree to Terms

    • Review and accept the Terms and Conditions before submitting your listing.
    • Click "Post" to submit your item for review.
  6. Admin Approval

    • Your listing will be reviewed by our team and approved within 24 hours.
  7. Product Rental

    • When your product is rented out, you’ll receive a notification with the pick-up schedule.
    • Be prepared with the product at the designated pick-up time.
  8. Security Deposit Management

    • RentPar will hold the security deposit as a neutral party to ensure the safety of your product.
    • After the rental period, the security deposit will be returned to the renter once the product is checked for any damages.
  9. Receive Payment

    • Get paid securely through our system within 2-3 working days after the pick-up date.
  10. Return of Product

    • After the rental period ends, you’ll get your product back. The renter will return the item in the same condition as it was rented.

Cancellation

f you need to cancel a rental request after the order has been booked, follow these steps:
  1. Contact Customer Support
    • Call our support team at 9319866277 or email us at contact@rentpar.pk to request a cancellation.
  2. Provide Order Details
    • Share the necessary details, such as the order ID, product name, and reason for cancellation, to help us process your request quickly.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    • Review RentPar’s cancellation policy to understand any applicable charges or conditions.
Our team will assist you in canceling the request and guide you on the next steps.

You can delete your product listing if no order has been placed for it. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Sign In
    Log in to your RentPar account.

  2. Access Your Dashboard

    • Navigate to the Profile section.
    • Go to Dashboard and click on My Listing.
  3. Delete the Listing

    • Locate the listing you want to remove.
    • Click on the "Action" dropdown menu and select "Delete".
  4. Confirm Deletion

    • A confirmation message will appear. Click OK to confirm.

Your listing will be successfully removed from the platform.

Boosting your ad increases its visibility, helping you attract more potential renters. Follow these steps to upgrade your listing:

  1. Sign In
    Log in to your RentPar account.

  2. Access My Subscription

    • Go to the Profile section.
    • Navigate to the Dashboard and click on My Subscription.
  3. Choose a Plan

    • Browse through the available plans.
    • Select the plan that best suits your needs.
  4. Upgrade and Pay

    • Proceed to upgrade your ad by making the payment.
    • Your ad will be boosted to the top of its category page, increasing visibility and engagement.

Your email address and phone number cannot be updated directly through the profile settings. To request a change, follow these steps:

While owners have the freedom to set the security amount for their products, it is recommended to:
